The room was beautifully maintained, clean, and spacious, with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had restful nights throughout my stay. The staff were always attentive and eager to assist with any request.The hotel's location is perfect close to train station.

What a fabulous find this was to visit Venice on a budget. Really great hotel and it only took about 45 minutes to get right to the heart of Venice, a 10 minute walk and the then a direct train. It was great to stay in such a quiet location after the chaos of the city.

Nice area, lots of pizzerias and gelato shop nearby, easy and fast access to the airport by taxi, train station is close and cheap to get to Venice (4 eur) to catch a water bus Breakfast is fantastic, room is clean and cozy Staff extremely helpful and kind I'd definitely come here again ❤️

the receptionist, went over his way to assist me and make sure i was happy. he even came out with an umbrella when it was raining and waited to make sure i dont get wet. he had a lot of concern in terms of service and comfort of the guests. amazing.

The staff were extremely helpful! - The room had a balcony so we were able to come back from dinner and sit outside, have a drink and enjoy the warm evening air. Parking was just across the road so no problem getting luggage - there was a lift !! which I very much appreciated due to difficulty with stair cases. Highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely staff .very friendly, Great rooms. Brilliant breakfast ,all fresh food on buffet. Great value for money. We had a great stay here and its in a good location in the town.

Clean comfortable room with excellent warm welcome and great breakfast. Free parking across road. Easy backroad route to airport. Excellent restaurant Madly within walking distance along river. Great value
